This is my effort to expose the lies taught about God’s word, the Bible, which overlay the entire earth, and grow like a cancer.  All truth comes from the Scriptures of God, and as God is the Creator of all, the Most High, and the Great I AM, the Scriptures must be our standard.  The Bereans were using the scriptures to check Paul’s teaching. (Acts 17:11)

The posts begin at the bottom right margin with scriptural evidences for the first century A.D. fulfillment of the OT prophesies in the series It’s Not The End of The World – Parts I – X.   If you have not yet heard these evidences from the scriptures it would be best to start with Part I of this series and work up through the rest of the posts.

I promise to faithfully state the scriptures, to the best of my ability, but all readers beware.  I am only the created of God, and am not perfect.  Please check the Bible to see if what I have written is so!

Because of their fear, the Hebrew teachers, rabbis, and scribes played games with God’s name.  All we can know of His name is the tetragrammaton YHWH (or YHVH), which some people pronounce as “Yahweh”, or others as “Yahoveh”.   As the rabbis and scribes deliberately inserted vowel markers from “Elohim” and “Adonai”, I do not have any assurance that either of the two pronunciations are correct, but I do favor the latter “Yahoveh”.

I will refer to God by several of His appellations found in His word: our Heavenly Father, the Most High, our Creator, the great I AM, or others.  In all instances I am always referring to the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham, Jacob, Isaac, and Moses.

The King James Version of 1611 is still one of the few translations in the English language of the original Hebrew and Greek texts which is reliable for not only the meaning of the words but their connotations in most cases.   The errors that are known can be identified by cross checking with either Young’s Literal Translation, or the American Standard.  I highly recommend reading both the King James and Young’s in tandem.

Whereas all translations have a few errors from the original texts, a few are so egregious they are recognizable as having underlying agendas to promote particular interpreted beliefs and world views, and the lies which this work will highlight.  Therefore those versions cannot be considered a source of God’s truth.  Some of those translations are the NIV, the Scofield Reference Bible, and the Catholic bibles.  In a search for what the Bible really says, it is best to use only the translations tested through time.

All of the definitions and “codes” of the New Testament and the prophesy of Revelation are found in the Old Testament.  As no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation (II Pet 1:20), we will rely upon the clarity of God’s word, checking between both Old and New Testaments to test our understanding.  We will not do as so many have, and twist God’s word to suit our beliefs or desires.  We will not parse, remove from context, pass judgment on, or delete or add to God’s word.

This work will stand on God’s word, and use His truth to shred the veil of lies spread around the world.

    Good evening Gina I have a question about holiday observance like Christmas. Since the roots of Christmas are from pagan traditions would it be wrong to observe it? Thank you for your input, God bless.

    1. Crossbow – the “history” that I have found about when Christmas was declared a Christian holiday is varied. It may be that Constantine changed the winter solstice “holy” day of worship of the new sun to “Christ Mass” for the worship of Christ. However, Christ was not born on Dec. 25th. It is more likely to have been the 1st of Tishri – Feast of Trumpets in late Sept / early Oct on our current calendars – about 6 mos after the spring harvest time of John’s birth.

      I don’t say it is wrong to enjoy that holiday with pretty lights and gifts, etc, but it is a cover over an old pagan holiday, and is not from God who tells us to remember (a memorial) Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection with the communion service (Luke 22:19), which in practice today is mostly done each 1st day of the week. – a memorial remembering that Christ died once for all (Heb. 10:12) for our sins.

      Paul’s point about observing the days and months and years in Gal. 4:8-10 was that before they knew God they were practicing pagan celebrations to the “no gods” / demons / idols. So, personally, we don’t celebrate Christmas as a Christian holiday. Since I enjoy the lights I wish we just hung them around the house all the time.

        Good afternoon Gina I want to thank you for taking the time to answer so many questions we all appreciate it very much. I was wondering what you think about clean and unclean foods along with Sabbath observance? I know that the apostles abstained from eating unclean food even after Christs resurrection according to scripture and non biblical sources. Did they do this because it was their custom? Also on the same subject in scripture Noah was instructed about clean and unclean food and that was before there was a nation or people of Israel or Moses. Curious on if these should still be observed? Thank you again for your time.

      3. Hello, Crossbow. I do not ever mind answering questions. I don’t know everything, but will try to answer where I can. Many still abstain from eating the unclean foods God set forth in the OT for health reasons, & my dad was the same. He reasoned that God had a reason for preventing diseases that would often come from improperly handling and cooking “unclean” animals. The lesson that God was teaching Peter in Acts 10 was the the “unclean” gentiles, as the Jews had been taught to think of the ppl of the nations as common or “unclean” was no longer true. It wasn’t about whether any of the animals in that sheet were now clean to eat. It was symbolic of the Mosaic law & its clean vs. common / unclean directives no longer applying to men as Jesus’ righteousness & defeat of sin at His death & resurrection was now effective for all men under the gospel of Christ.

        A lot of ppl do take Acts 10 as permission to eat any kind of animal, or creeping thing, but my family believes there are still health reasons that God had set those things off limits in the OT, so it was probably a good idea to avoid some of those things He had said not to eat. We don’t eat insects, fish without scales, I avoid pork, etc. Just a personal view, and personal dislikes.

        As for keeping the Sabbath, I know alot of people are still saying that the 4th commandment should still be observed, as the 10 commandments were never removed. This is technically not a true statement, as Jesus summed up all of the 10 commandments in the 2 commandments that we love God with all our soul, heart, and mind; and that we love our neighbor as ourselves. (Mark 12:30-31; Luke 10:27, from Deu. 6:5). But, it is the understanding that as God rested from the creation works on the 7th day, Jesus rested from the creation works of the new heaven and new earth (gospel under His everlasting kingdom) that was implemented at His crucifixion when He died for the sins of all who would answer the call (Acts 2, & 9; John 10:36), and fully completed at the destruction of the temple when the old Mosaic covenant was completely removed (AD 70). Heb. tells us that if we are in Christ, then we have entered into His Sabbath rest (Heb. 4:9-11; 10:12). Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath (Matt. 12:8).

        Originally the Sabbath observance was to allow the people a day of rest from their normal work they did for their well being (survival, upkeep, or profit). It was not a prohibition from doing everything as the Jews later decreed, as some still today decree they can’t even set the air conditioner temp switch. The command to prepare enough food the day before (preparation day) was so that the women would also have that day of rest. Now, that rest is from the old Mosaic law, which Christ fulfilled / completed in Himself. So, when we have put Christ on, we have entered into His rest of His everlasting kingdom. Christ fulfilled the Sabbath laws just as He fulfilled all of the Mosaic sacrificial laws of the temple.

        There are many ppl who find it comforting to rest on the 7th day, and have worship on the 7th day. I don’t think this is a problem until they try to mandate it as being still a requirement of a law that Christ has already fulfilled. If they choose to observe a 7th day of rest, I think that is a personal decision, & I often had to do so myself when the children were young just to make it through the next work week. But, I will ask, which is the 7th day now? Since, the Romans took us off the Jewish lunar calendar, do you want to reorder the work week we now observe?

    1. It has been a time of sorrow indeed, as we not only had to say goodbye to Brian, but also to my mom, my sister, and my dad. All b/c of tis bioweapon the evil ones released into the world. They are all at home, all covered by the blood of Christ. We are running the race with endurance until we can be with them.

    1. The feast days were all pointing to Christ. They were the shadows of His plan of salvation which He fulfilled, or completed with His sacrifice on the cross. Col 2:16-17, “Let no one, then, judge you in eating or in drinking, or in respect of a feast, or of a new moon, or of sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of the coming things, and the body [is] of the Christ;”

      The sabbath on the 7th day of each week = resting in the Lord (Matt. 11:29; Heb. 4:3). Passover & Unleavened bread = the blood of the lamb (Christ). First fruits = Christ’s resurrection. Feast of weeks, or Pentecost, another first fruits offering shadowing the first fruits of Christ’s church / assembly 50 days after His crucifixion. Feast of Trumpets on the 1st of Tishri, a memorial of the fall of Jericho and God’s judgment of the wicked = fall harvest time = coming of the Lord, or a Day of The Lord. Some believe that Christ was born on the day of this feast. Feast of the Day of Atonement = the atoning blood of Christ for our sins. And, the last feast – the Feast of Tabernacles or Booths was also called the Feast of Nations where all people from all the nations could come to Jerusalem to worship the Lord. It represents the fullness of His kingdom in which we now dwell with Him and tabernacle with Him (Heb. 9:11; Rev. 15:5; 21:3). It was called THE Feast by the Jews as the culmination of all of the feast days, and the most important of all of them.

      The Feast of Nations is the representation of the everlasting kingdom which was established after the fall of the temple in Jerusalem, and it is my belief that just as the events of the spring feast days for Passover, First Fruits, and Pentecost happened on those exact days, so did the fall feast days occur on those exact days for the judgment of Jerusalem & the destruction of the temple on 1st of Tishri; atonement on the 10th of Tishri and the fullness of His kingdom established on the 15th of Tishri AD 70. The Feast of Nations / Tabernacles / Booths has been on-going ever since AD 70.

      Zech 14:16 = Feast of Nations = our current condition for all who are in Christ as we now dwell with Him. If you are in Christ you are already keeping all of these feasts. They were the physical and carnal reminders of the prophesies of His coming which He has already completed. We are not looking forward to those events because they have already happened ( even though most of the Christian world still teaches that the fall feast days have not yet been completed – which is to deny Christ who said He completed all things Matt. 24:34; Luke 21:22; John 19:28; Acts 3:18)

      Some might like to celebrate these days as a reminder of their purpose, and as a remembrance of Christ, but it is not required by God as Christ was the fulfillment of all of the animal sacrifices that marked those feast days. His was the last blood sacrifice which God would ever require from then on.

    Un punto que todavía no me queda claro, y no encuentro manera de armonizar, son las fiestas. Teniendo en cuenta que se cumplieron en el primer siglo. La pregunta es:
    ¿Están vigentes al día de hoy? ¿Se deben guardar? Aunque sea como un memorial, ya que no hay templo físico.
    He visto varias enseñanzas de quienes dicen que más allá de no haber templo y sacrificios, se basan en los escritos de pablo y pedro del nuevo testamento. Pero ahora entendiendo el preterismo, puedo ver que en ese momento todavía estaba el templo de pie y el antiguo pacto por lo que esos textos se escribieron antes del 70.
    ¿Sabes de algún libro que pueda aclararme sobre este asunto?

    1. No. God’s requirements for his contract / covenant are not defined by man’s institutional church membership agreements. His requirements are at once much simpler, and much more strict. His kingdom includes all who are covered by the blood of Christ and walk in His steps. We have to meet Him on His terms. Mark 16:16, Rom. 6:4, Acts 2:38; 19:1-5; Eph. 4:5; Col. 2:12; 1 Pet. 3:21.       Wherever any one is on this earth, which ever man made church assembly they attend for worship of our Creator, as long as they are in Christ through water immersion, and as long as they follow in His footsteps according to the NT, then they are meeting God on His terms, and the Holy Spirit records their name in the book of life (Phil. 4:3; Rev. 3:5; 16:18). God keeps those records, not men.

      1. The reason I ask is that the Catholic Church (including the Orthodox) were Christianity for most of history. The Reformation was only a few hundred years ago. Catholicism is far afield from scriptural Christianity but without it, there was no Christianity at all!

      2. I leave the judgment to God. He always has a remnant (Isa. 1:9). The RCC was practicing immersion up to about the 700’s AD. The Orthodox church still practices immersion for remission of sins, to be covered by the blood sacrifice of Christ through symbolic death, burial and resurrection. So, even though info was withheld from much of the world during those dark years of the RCC history, and still is today, those who want to know will seek him out (Matt. 6:33; 7:7; Heb. 11:6).

    Why does Paul seem to think the work is all done in 70 AD/CE?:

    [Phl 1:6 NLT] (6) And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

      The work of the plan of salvation followed the outline of the feast days. Christ was born most probably on the 1st of Tishri, the Feast of Trumpets, 6 mos after His cousin John was born (Luke 1:26-28) which would have been 6 mos earlier on the feast calendar. So John’s birth would have been around the spring feast days of Passover.

      Jesus was crucified when the lambs were being slaughtered in Jerusalem on the day of Passover. He was resurrected on the 3rd day, which was the first day of the week after the Sabbath Passover (Lev. 23:4-8) celebrating the first fruits of the harvest. His church was established on the day of Pentecost, the 50th day after that Passover Sabbath (Lev. 23: 9-11).

      God’s plan was set out by the calendar of the feast days. The feast days reflected and forecast His timeline. Therefore, we can also know that He followed the same calendar of the fall feast days. First of Tishri was also known as the Yom Hadin, or Day of Judgment (Lev. 23:24), which was when the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem was FINISHED. The next feast day was on the 10th of Tishri (Lev. 23:27-32) was Yom Kippur, day of atonement, also called the day of verdict. That was when judgment began, the opening of the gates of Hades (Matt. 25:31-46) when He separated out all those who had been assigned to the correct area of the grave until the establishment of His kingdom was completed, FINISHED.

      So, in the fall feast days, after the destruction of the temple and the city (Matt. 22:1-14), the work of the plan of salvation, and bringing in the fullness of His kingdom was the finishing of the work which Gabriel had told Mary would happen. Gabriel had encapsulated that work in 4 short verses:

      “30 And the messenger said to her, `Fear not, Mary, for thou hast found favour with God; 31 and lo, thou shalt conceive in the womb, and shalt bring forth a son, and call his name Jesus; 32 he shall be great, and Son of the Highest he shall be called, and the Lord God shall give him the throne of David his father, 33 and he shall reign over the house of Jacob to the ages; and of his reign there shall be no end.'” (Luke 1:30-33, YLT)

      When Mary went to Elizabeth’s house, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit at the sound of Mary’s voice, Elizabeth told her,

      “45 and happy [is] she who did believe, for there shall be a completion to the things spoken to her from the Lord.'” (Luke 1:45)

      So, the work that was completed in AD 70 was the establishment of His kingdom. It was broadcast by John, appointed and anointed by God for the work announcing the kingdom was at hand (Matt. 3:1-3). It was sanctified and established by Christ through His miracles affirming John’s work, and God’s word, through His death on the cross for the sins of all who will answer the call (Acts 2:38-39; 10:5-18, etc.), through the broadcast of the gospel of Christ throughout all the occupied lands of that day (Matt. 24: 14). Once the people had been informed of His last will and testament (the gospel), then the time of the “end” had come when that old sacrificial temple was taken out of the way.

      The work that was finished in AD 70 was the take over from the earthly sacrificial temple, to the heavenly temple built upon Christ’s sacrifice. That judgment upon Jerusalem in AD 70 was “a” day of the Lord. Too many get caught up in the first article of the English translations which imply just one day of the Lord. Young’s reads a little better.

      Phil. 1:6, ” having been confident of this very thing, that He who did begin in you a good work, will perform [it] till a day of Jesus Christ,”

      ….until A day of Jesus Christ. The scriptures never implied that God stopped judgment after AD 70. The very act of sitting upon His throne, with Christ on His throne beside the Father indicates the King is in court, and judgment is in process. He still judges the nations just as He always has. His judges those who are passing from this earthly realm every hour of every day. God and Christ are still in control, and their work of judgment never stops. He has a continual harvest (John 4:34-35) both here on earth in calling the people to Him through His word, and in the gathering of the souls covered by His blood into heaven at their passing.

      The marriage of the lamb was also finished during the fall feast days, as Matt. 22:1-14 makes clear that judgment began at the marriage feast, which began immediately after the “city” was burned. So, when Jerusalem was destroyed by the 1st of Tishri AD 70, the marriage feast began. By Jewish custom, the marriage feast lasted 10 days. That would put the last day of the marriage feast of the Lamb on the 10th of Tishri. It was during the marriage feast that the Father would send His son to collect His bride – the lamp stands of the virgins in Matt. 25.

      By the Feast of Nations on the 15th of Tishri – Feast of Tabernacles – also called the Feast of Ingathering and Season of our Joy – the kingdom was open to everyone who answered the call, to every one covered by the blood of Christ’s sacrifice for the remission of sins (Gal. 3:26-29). That last feast day of the fall harvest season was called THE feast by the Jews, the culmination of all of the feast days before it. And, every nation was welcomed to celebrate with them. That last feast day of AD 70 marks the beginning of the fullness of the Kingdom in which every one of every nation is now and has been welcome to tabernacle with God. Truth is they always were.

      So, AD 70 was the finishing of the work to establish our Lord’s spiritual kingdom, and the beginning of the rest of time of the rest of His harvesting work. It is a continual, on-going process.

      Rev. 14:13, “And I heard a voice out of the heaven saying to me, `Write: Happy are the dead who in the Lord are dying from this time!’ `Yes, (saith the Spirit,) That they may rest from their labours — and their works do follow them!'”

      As all those in Christ are now counted for the seed of Abraham (Gal. 3:29), then all those in Christ are now of the House of Jacob, and all those in Christ are the True Israel of God. We have been in tabernacle of the House of God, of His everlasting Kingdom, in the continual Feast of Nations ever since the 15th of Tishri, AD 70.

      2. I believe the scriptures are easy to understand once we remove our indoctrination blindfolds. We have been taught a lot of nonsense through both institutional education and church systems that the scriptures never said. The real job is to learn how to unlearn what we think we know. The one certain thing I have learned through all of my research is that anything that contradicts or speaks against any of God’s scriptures has to be tossed out in favor of what God said. Once I do that, then God’s word rules, and understanding it becomes much easier.

The only problem I have with his position is he teaches that baptism / immersion is not necessary. Something about it only being applicable to the first century AD churches. I do not agree with that, as there is not a time limit to Mark 16:16, and Gal. 3:26-29, etc. But overall he does a good work.

  9. Hi Gina. I have another question if you have a minute. When might this universal adoration occur or have occurred on the earth/land?

    [Rev 5:13 NIV] (13) Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying: “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!”

    It doesn’t seem to fit my current line of thinking.

    1. Rev chap 5 is the throne scene at the ascension of Christ, vs. 6 the Lamb just slain as prophesied in Dan. 7:13-14. The context is of His glory and power; of His worthiness to open the scroll – Daniel’s scroll that had been sealed until the the time of the end (Dan 12:4). Rev. chap 5 was the figurative imagery of Christ receiving His glory and the everlasting kingdom that Daniel had been told would be given over to the saints. It is the vision of the establishment of that kingdom in that judgment would sit (Dan. 7:26-27). All creatures in heaven and on the earth, under the earth and under the sea (the realm of the dead) is the imagery of the recognition of Christ’s authority to judge (John 5:21-28), and that all would hear His voice. It is the imagery that all would praise Him. This occurred at His ascension, as He had already gone to preach to those in prison (Paradise / Hades) the day He died (1 Pet. 3:19). So, it depicted events in or about AD 30-31. The 40 year gap between His ascension and the end destruction of the temple in AD 70 was the time of transition between the old covenant Jerusalem, and the new covenant Jerusalem, the time to broadcast the gospel to every creature under heaven (Col 1:2-3), that is under the ruling authority of the Roman empire – that 4th beast kingdom. So, 1st century AD. All of His saints have been praising Him ever since. The universal nature of that moment was depicting His universal authority over all kingdoms of the earth (Dan. 7:18, 27) in that all would obey Him, one way or another.

        From Ktisis, Strong’s Gr 2937 – creation. Thayer’s Gr Lex: #2, “2. equivalent to κτίσμα, creation i. e. thing created (cf. Winers Grammar, 32); used a. of individual things and beings, a creature, a creation: Romans 1:25; Hebrews 4:13; any created thing, Romans 8:39; after a rabbinical usage (by which a man converted from idolatry to Judaism was called חֲדָשָׁה בִּרִיָה (cf. Schöttgen, Horae Hebr 1:328, 704f)), καινή κτίσις is used of a man regenerated through Christ, Galatians 6:15; 2 Corinthians 5:17. ”

        So then every creature in heaven and on earth might better be read as every newly created / regenerated soul in Christ.

    1. Yes. In context, all of 1 Thess. 4:13-18 fall under the discussion of “those who have fallen asleep”. At the time Paul wrote this letter, it predated the destruction of the temple, and Hades still existed. Those who had already fallen asleep that were in “Paradise” (Luke 17) or “God’s garden” or “Abraham’s Bosom” were the faithful, either under the Mosaic covenant or the NT gospel of Christ. He united them all, and announced that same good news of the kingdom being at hand when He went to preach to those spirits in prison (1 Pet. 3:19) after His death on the cross (Luke 23:43).

      So all those faithful spirits of either the Old Covenant or of the New Covenant became joined in Christ (Heb. 9:13-15; Eph. 2:11-16). This is the symbolism of the 24 elders in Rev. 4 & 5 worshiping the Father around the throne. The 12 patriarchs representing the 12 tribes of Israel under the Old Covenant, and the 12 apostles representing the new testament gospel of Christ.

      2. Symbolically. 12×12 = a perfect square, raised to the power of 10 cubed = perfection / completeness. It represents the entirety of all of the righteous in Christ.

    1. Welcome Ruminator! This is a confusing point for many because they are approaching it from an assumed bias, and they forget a very important verse. Heb. 9:27, (YLT) “and as it is laid up to men once to die, and after this — judgment,” Every one has to live their life in this earthly realm, and face bodily death before facing the judgment seat of God. Paul stated “we which are alive and remain shall be caught up” (1 Thess. 4:17), but the natural process of the bodily death is underlying his statement. Those who remained, who survived the battle of the destruction of Jerusalem would live out their earthly lives, & endure their carnal bodily death. Only after that would they be caught up in the clouds and taken home to heaven to be with the others who had gone before them.

      Young’s translates 1 Thess. 4:17 a little better. ” then we who are living, who are remaining over, together with them shall be caught away in clouds to meet the Lord in air, and so always with the Lord we shall be;” “Together with them” does not mean at the same time; only in the same manner. Those who had died before in the persecutions, or during the first Roman-Jewish wars had already gone home to be with the Lord (John 17:24). So to be together with them means they would join them in heaven after their bodily death. As will we be caught up in the air and taken home to be where they are after our bodily death.

      This concept is explained further in the post below “Gathering of the Elect”. Also recommend this in conjunction with the considerations of the “translations” / change of state of Enoch & Elijah as expressed in the post “Frequent Mistakes – Part VII:…” below.

    Dearly beloved Gina, I found your website today and i’m excited at how much time and energy you’ve put into unveiling the truth of God’s word. I am going to take time and read all you have explained. I came here from Stack exchange as i did a little more research on the message of end times which for years now, i have refused to believe it is as preached(I believe it has all happened). I only started doing a little deeper research on this topic again because most churches are staring to teach about the end times and Christ coming due to this Covid-19 challenge the world is facing. Since i studied the scripture that said “you need no man to teach you but this same spirit teaches you all truth”(1 John 2:27), I have learned to trust the Holy Spirit’s teaching and since then, I have consistently received in my spirit what i believe to be true about who we are and where we are with God and his time. I believe that we are in the era of the sons of God, oneness with God and that awareness and practice of this new kind of life will bring to manifest the much spoken evolution of humanity to Godliness as the scripture said “we shall not all die, but we shall all be changed”. In all reality, i believe that we have eternal life now and only those with the consciousness and expectation of leaving their bodies(physical death) will experience such. Lately, my spirit has been dwelling on this truth about eternal life and the “corruptible putting on incorruptible” which was highlighted in Romans 8:11 that “the spirit of God will quicken(immortalize) the mortal body”… is this talking about regeneration of cells maybe? In general, i would appreciate a reply(in form of validation or scriptural explanation) of each if not most of what i pointed out as my truth or experiences. Sorry for the long introduction.     1. I am happy you found your way here! Yes, those who are in Christ already have eternal life. Rom. 6:8-9, “And if we died with Christ, we believe that we also shall live with him, 9 knowing that Christ, having been raised up out of the dead, doth no more die, death over him hath no more lordship;” And, John 5:24, ” Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”

      That’s assuming we stay faithful unto death, and do not turn away from Him, or reject the gift of His Son’s sacrifice for us (Rev. 2:10). This mortal body will decay and finally fail us. But as Paul has said, when our physical carnal bodies die, we will be changed in a twinkling of an eye (1 Cor. 15:51-52). The Bible does not tell us what our eternal body will be like, except that Paul implied in his seed analogy that it will be much more beautiful (1 Cor. 15:35-38).

      But, as we are to have an eternal body, and as Paul stated that FLESH AND BLOOD cannot inherit the kingdom (1 Cor. 15:50) then, whatever immortal body God gives us, it won’t be a regeneration of these cells. Mary, while weeping in the garden did not at first recognize Christ. Was that because He hid himself from her, and then changed form? Or just allowed her to see a different form? And, the two He walked with on the way to Emmaus did not recognize Him either while He was with them until just before He disappeared from view (Luke 24:13). But, the apostles and disciples who saw Him later recognized Him. And, as He appeared inside the room with them, then He “transported” between walls and doors. So, we can conclude that whatever form our eternal bodies will be, they will have a different set of physics higher than this earthly form we now enjoy.

      I am just always astounded at the fervor of those who misplace the future verbs and tenses of the (NT) 1st century AD scriptures and make them last for 2,000 years and counting, who do not recognize that they are stripping the rejoicing from our salvation in Christ. By denying that He completed everything of the promise in that same generation in which He died on the cross, they are denying our eternal nature now. They are denying the most spectacular and joyful surety of being in Him. They exchange that joy for the worry and fear that is the result of the futurist view of an end-of-the-world “coming” of a literal burning fire. How absolutely sad. How absolutely they deny the victory of Christ over death.

      When we stand up out of that watery grave of our “baptism” (our true resurrection), our immersion into Christ, then we already have eternal life. We will endure the passing moments from the mortal to the immortal, but I am convinced that an angel will be there to accompany us and take us home. I witnessed my grandmother’s passing moments when she looked right past my shoulder at some one whom I could not see. Those of in Christ have nothing to fear, and that is the main reason I am writing these posts – to take away the fear that the futurist dogma engenders. May God bless you greatly.

    I’m so glad to read all abt what is the truth. It took me some time to get out of the futuristic view of Revelations. But has all of Revelations happened already? Even where Satan is thrown into the lake of fire?

    1. Yes, “..the diablos (devil) the [one] deceiving them was cast into the lake of fire…” Rev. 20:10 Interlinear. The trick is to know how the word “diablos” and / or “satan” is used in the original Gr & Heb. These words in the original languages are not names; they are job functions. Any one that deceived the ppl, or stood against God was an enemy or adversary.
      The word “diablos” means literally a slanderer, false accuser, or deceiver. There were many false accusers, and one who was deceiving the ppl in the 1st century AD. We often discuss who that “one” was and some center on the high priest of the sanhedrin who denied Jesus as the Messiah. But, which specific one is hard to determine as we are 2,000 years removed from the 1st cent. AD, and the written records we have offer multiple choices. God knows.

      The word “satan” in the Hebrew is “ha satan” or “the adversary”. Any one standing against God, mostly those worshiping idols, were adversaries. Jerome capitalized “satan” when translating the Septuagint into the Latin Vulgate. It is not that way in the original Heb.

      We do not say “the Joe”, or “the Mike”, or “the Bill” when speaking of individual ppl or things. We do say “the doctor”, or “the nurse”, or “the judge”, etc. “ha satan”, the adversary was not a name. It was a title of anyone that was opposed to Jesus Christ and the apostles / disciples.

      There have been many adversaries throughout the ages / centuries who stood against God. But the Angel of the Lord called Himself “ha satan” (the adversary) who stood against Balaam and his donkey in Num. 22:22.

      The correct way to view the diablos / devil of Rev. 20 is of the deceiver that operated, or was present in that time working against God and His Son, and His “ecclesia.” That adversary and deceiver was judged and thrown into the “lake of fire.”
